I have been using Tata Docomo since the last five years and so far there is only a few complaints I have otherwise I prefer it over any other network. Like the company says, "Do the New", Docomo provides with some new offers every now and then.

Compared to other operators, Docomo is very cheap and there is a good network coverage throughout India. Docomo is one among the new operators which have been launched in India and is also one of the fastest growing network operator.

Docomo has certain perks over other operators which I believe makes it my first choice:

1.) Full Talktime Starts from Rs 50 - Full talk-time recharges of Docomo starts from Rs 50 and for old customers it is Rs 30. This is by far the cheapest when it comes to full talk-time recharges. Companies like Airtel give a full talk-time on recharges above Rs.80 which is pretty high in general.

2.) More Than Full Talk-Time offers - For old users, Docomo provides many privileges like 110% talk-time on normal recharges and reduced rate of data plans. As the user's relation with Docomo grows old, the company initiates certain benefits like 120% talk-time, renewed internet packs and many more.

3.) Cheap Data Plans - The data plans of Docomo start from as low as Rs 28 for a validity of one month to as high as Rs 149 and so on. Plans are comparatively cheaper when compared to Airtel or Reliance but the speed is equally good. Even the company lacks 3G in many places, its 2G is good enough than most other networks. The minimum pack of Docomo starts from Rs.5 with a validity of 1 day to as high as Rs.275 for a validity of 56 days.

4.) Attractive Offers - Like I said, Docomo is highly active in bringing up new offers every now and then. The call rates of Docomo is comparatively less and together combined with DOcomo's rate cutters becomes a gem at its price.

5.) Active Customer Support - Customer service of Docomo is very good. They try to solve our problems with sincere effort. Even though I did lose my money sometimes but it was due to my own fault. However every time my balance got deducted due to unreasonable causes, they refunded my balance something which is almost impossible for operators like Airtel.

However, in-spite of being my favourite operator, Docomo does have its Cons as well. Some of the Pros and Cons of Docomo are as follows:

PROS - a.) Cheap Call Rates and Data Plans.

b.) High Speed 2G.

c.) Good Customer Support.

CONS - a.) Lack of 3G in many places.

b.) Frequent Network problem.

c.) Lack of availability of tower throughout India.

Conclusion - I believe, for a cheaper network and call rates, Docomo is the best, considering there is a good service of the operator in your region. In my region, Docomo has a reliable service which makes it my first choice everytime. There are a lot of negative review about the company regarding its network coverage so I would recommend you to kindly look out the availability of Docomo service in your region before opting for it.
