Tata docomo is the fastest growing mobile network operator in india. But they are unable to provide their network in every part of india. The tarrif and internet plans are very cheaper than other mobile operator company. I used Tata Docomo sim card about 1 year so today I decided to write about something about this company.
If you go to buy a new sim the first thing you ask about that its network range or network in your locality. I say the network of tata docomo is very poor. In my village their is no network of this mobile operator but they provides us network on roaming. They uses network of different other operator. Once I was using my mobile data for watching some online videos but in few minutes all the balance of my mobile deducted even when my mobile data balance is as it is. After talking to customer services they said you are on the roaming network so in the use of internet you main balance is deducted not the mobile data so he can't refunded my balance. This is the very poor service of tata docomo other wise it is very cheap and best from other mobile operators.
