They have the worst customer care service ever. Their Customer care managers are so afraid to speak to their clients that they refuse to come on the phone. Our company was looking for a corporate hub such as they products displayed on their website.
We required almost all of it, but I guess they have too many clients to handle that they are not interested to call back their new clients. They confirm to call back and they have never ever called back as yet.
I guess TATA has by now made too much money that they are not interested to get new clients. Worst customer care ever- they should change it to customer dis-care.
