I was a customer of Tata docomo since last 5 years and due to some accident, I lost my phone. I lost my mobile number and filed FIR for the same, given the copy of FIR to TATA docomo office, Lucknow.
I asked them to issue prepaid connection for the lost sim, they denied me in issuing the sim card with my old mobile number.
I reached higher authorities to issue the sim card then they said they will be able to issue new sim card at the starting of new month.
I confirmed with the company about the issue but there was no such policy of the company as what told by Brand Store manager. Anyhow I got new sim card after struggling a lot.
