Tata really deserves an appreciation for the 1 minute call revolution it has brought into India, but it should not hamper the quality of the service provided to the consumer.
I could not stop myself from getting irritated when the network suddenly gets conked off and then I have to take the abuses from my friends about my unavailability.
As Tata Docomo ads shows that they are the pioneer in their respective way, they should also understand that merely reducing the call rates won't help them in the long run. If they want to sustain the stiff competition, they have to improve their networks. Or else they will loose out their customers to its competitors.
