I took new connection 9035050203 with name Vijayasagar Reddy, but it got updated with my father name, When I am calling to customer care to activate they are telling that name is incorrect. For the same I made call to the person who had given sim card by taking Rs 400, while taking the sim card they had talked nicely and now when I am having problem no one is respodning the the customer care people who I contacted are playing with me. Shiva(The Guy who handover sim card): 8123861267, Kishon(Siva had given this number to contact -> He told 10 minutes I will do needful later this Guy also not responding waste): 8123560633, The lady who send the number to me 8904936728
Please don't go with Tatadocomo even after giving compliant they are telling that Our concern team will revert back you with in 48 to 72 hours .
I have paid Rs 800 for 2 connections for the following plan.
Seconds: 36, 000 seconds
Data: 1GB 3G data & Post Unlimited 2G data.
The lady said that Rs 100 will get deducted monthly starting from current month.
But when I got a call they said that information as follows:
Seconds: 30, 000 seconds
Data: 1GB 3G data & Post Unlimited 2G data.
Rs 100 will get deducted from third month onwards.
My problem is that why the people are cheating the customer
# By taking Rs 400 per connection instead of Rs 350 per connection.
# They said that will get 36000 seconds.
# Rs 100 will get deducted monthly starting from current month.
The customer service people need to specifically inform to customer else the service will be waste.
