Friends, i have been using tata docomo gsm sim for more than a year.This is one such mobile operator who appears to be very good outside, i mean offers and all, but many hidden cheating for the users.
Most of the customers experience problems like no coverage, activation of offers like caller tunes without our request, internet pack problems etc. I personally had so many bad experiences from this service provider.
For example:Last night I had recharged my account for 50 rs and got 41rs credited.As usual, i slept at night keeping my mobile locked and phone away from me.Today morning when I got up and took my mobile, i was shocked by seeing that they have deducted all the amount telling some caller tune and my balance became 0.50 paise!!Friends, i was sleeping and do you think I will activate or request for any offer??When I called to customer care, they are telling I don't have sufficient balance to call and connect to their representative.I got really irritated.
I am planning to change my network as early as possible.If you are planning to take a docomo sim, then my humble request is to kindly drop your plan.
