Hello everyone, My tata docomo prepaid mobile number deactivated now without knowing me any reason, it was a very horrible feeling that when u wake up in the morning and see that your number is not working and behind leaving every work of your you go to there service center. Afterthat when I go there service center for my issue then they are not helping me well and talking to me very rudely and unprofessionally . The customer service support of tata docomo is very bad and worst in the world. They are saying the sim is defected and damaged by you and the activation of new sim will take 2 week after all formalities. This is a very ridiculus situation because I didn't do anything that wiil damage my sim card . They are charging me some amount of money for that, charges and billing from this company is very high and expensive .
