Again while talking with customer care they are saying the complain has been pulled back, without any inspection, information of customer . They are saying engineering are unable to transfer connection.
And their engineers are asking for Rs 2000 for transferring the phone .This is how the game is played by engineers to gain extra sum.
I had bad experience with its landline phones which are cheap quality get out of order frequently even after complaining the don't come for months .
During the time of payments they keep on calling, but not for solution of complain. This is how tata fools people .
