I am using Tata docomo, it is having lots of network issues in my town and everywhere due to their large number of consumers and less number of mobile tower.
For example the issue I face is that I get range of the mobile network on first floor and not on the ground floor also the 3G video calling rates are very high compared to other mobile network customer service is not much of help to the customer overall would not recommend tata docomo to others
Tata docomo must work hard to I prove its service and improve customer base
