I was a Tata Docomo post paid user who had a pathetic experience with them.
My case: It was told to me that my credit limit on my post paid bill was 1900 and if I cross that, I need to clear the usage bill to continue using the service which I think is very fair as I frequently travel and use my phone on roaming.
During march last week, when I was on roaming, I used mobile data for doing some urgent work and eventually used 405 MB of data. My service was blocked on 28th of march citing high usage and in my next bill, I was asked to pay a mind bogling 5400 rupees.
I was shocked and asked for explanation regarding my credit limit being 1900 than how can my bill go to 5400. But there was no concrete reply from Tata Docomo. Even in there email replies they often quote someone else's name and some other number instead of my name and my post paid number and incorrect credit limita.
I wonder how can they look into my queries before replying to me when they don't even know my name and mobile number. I am still exchanging emails with them and there is no resolution to this until now. So guys, beware.
