My name is Mohammed Faiyaz Pasha, we have ten mobile connection & two walky land line. Due to non-disturbed we have use this this connection from ten years. we are happy and enjoying to use TATA. Now on 25th may your telecaller made a to us for new connection, we have told her please send us some fancy no. to select from our end. Next day she has send some 8 to 10 no. Which we have select in these numbers is 04065. on 27th may we have spoke to VOICE LINE your dealer (franchisee) to register this 0406555 on my name.


She has told us definitely you will get this no. & told please we need your document. I have said please send some one and collect the document which will be required. Again I have conform with your   VOICE LINE tele caller she has told definitely you will get it. I have told her we have going to print the stationary with this no.04065559995 she was hold me in line and asking to some one I think her name is VANI customer asking for this  04065559995 for activation. She said it will be activated no doubt by tomorrow mean 27th may. I am hearing this voice in my phone & tele caller  has repeat the same word, you proceed your stationary work.


On 27th TATA franchisee VOICE LINE executive came to our office taken the document his name Mr hanumant. I ask him shell I pay any amount to you he said no sir, we will come tomorrow with instrument & that time we will take full amount. Now we are also give stationary for printing with this 04065559995. On 28th may nobody has came, on 29th may we have ring to VOICE LINE tele caller she has told our executive on the way he will come & I conform madam this 04065559995 no is registered to my name na she has replied yes sir its your's only. We have till 01st june our stationery printing has completed but VOICE LINE executive not came to our for 04065559995 this no. activation. Again we have ring to VOICE LINE tele caller she has told sorry sir today Saturday, Monday early morning we will send executive. We have slowly lost our trust with TATA, Now as said tele caller monday 3rd june one Executive has come from  VOICE LINE by 2pm his name is seenu. Seenu has said sir your document required & amount for instrument. Arre yaar seenu what you have told already I have given the document to your executive his name is hanumant. Are you come with instrument tell me first. He said no sir after the amount paid instrument will deliver & your document has missed we required document also. I am disappointed with TATA'S dealer VOICE LINE, Again I have give him amount & document. He has give me a receipt which is attach with this mail & he has commit me tomorrow morning I will come with instrument & by evening 7pm your walky will be activate. on 4th june as executive said he has came at 11am with instrument, we have taken the instrument. On 4th june by 8pm our walky is not activated next day 5th june again we have ring to VOICE LINE office vani has pick the phone and told today it will be activated, but if not happen by evening we have ring to VOICE LINE nobody lift the phone. We are worried about TATA'S service, next dayno sir due technical problem this 04065559995 is not release. tele caller ring me & told sir once again we required your document.


Again I sent the document by evening she has told sir you not get this no. 04065559995. You should go to other no, I said why madam I have submit the document four times what is the problem from your end. Is the document or what? no sir due technical problem this 04065559995 is not release. I said madam already I have print the stationary with this no.04065559995 do some thing & I want this no. only. From 5th june to 10th june we are continuously ring to VOICE LINE office no one pick the phone not speak to us. On Monday 10th june I have ring to VOICE LINE office from my employ mobile. Vani has pick the phone & said you not get this no.  04065559995. You choose the other no. I have told her madam after your conformation we have printed the stationery with this no.


Stationary cost is ten thousand is 10, 000. Who will pay this amount to me? She is starting rowdily talking with me. Finally I got the tata walky channel manager ( durga prasad ) . I have ring him durga prasad has told you not get this no. you choose other no. Now I am totally disappointed with TATA communication. Instrument deliver it dead, now where can I go who resolve my problems. Dear officers why put like VOICE LINE dealer to spoil the TATA name. Why you put channel manager like( Durga prasad ) who is not resolve the customer issue. Do they have customer responsibilities? Please kindly resolve my issue as early as possible. We are waiting your replay.
