I have a broadband connection from docomo at my place. The services they provide are one of the worst you will ever recieve. My plan is of 2Mbps upto 10Gb and after its over the speed turns to be 510Kbps. I never get a speed more than 200Kbps and sometimes even the youtube also starts buffering even at the low quality videos and when u call them to fix it they give excuses like call on that number and all. And rarely when someone comes to fix it, they have some outdated softwares which shows around the same speed as mentioned in the plan. I dont know how does that happen but it goes like this way. One more thing, if you dont pay the bill your internet will be turned off by them and they even charge you for those days when you are not using the internet during that time. My plan is of around Rs800/ month and with taxes it reaches upto Rs900 and even more. I personally would have switched from docomo to some other service provider but in my locality there is only docomo so for me there is no other choice.
