I am tatadocomo customer and upgraded to max wifi where tata guys have taken 1999/- from me stating that each month 150/- and speed will be upto 6mbps, the amount will be adjusted in the bill. The offers was 7 gb data at 750/-.
In April 2015, they have reduced data usage limit to 5 GB stating that if you are not happy you can give the feedback. Feedback was given however, no body took care for the same and didn't bothered.
Also, I have noticed technical issues wherein the usage of just accessing my mails from gmail is taking so much MB of data that your package will be exhausted and then customer need to take another plan in order to access the internet. Sometimes, the speed is so low that you need to disconnect and reconnect.
They say that technical support team will cross check the same. Nobody checked and no solution was provided for the same.
My question with service providers is why they are changing the plan without approving from customers secondly, the speed which was quoted has never risen from 1 mbps.

Received call from technical team and they said data usage is correct and secondly when I insisted that it not acceptable gmail accessing takes so much data, they agreed. As a courtesy I got 1 gb data free from tata docomo. Thank you for the same. Still my problem is not solved
