I am using Tata Docomo broadband connection in my personal office, thane. The broadband connection speed they given is 2 mbps.
I am paying around 1800 per month. I am working on highly rely on Internet connection. Now, my Tata Docomo broadband stopped working on 10-Apr-2016. I have tried everything to solve this issue, like resetting my router, checking my connection line everything. I have also tried to call toll free no of Tata Docomo customer care, which is 18002661515.
As expected, it should be solved within 24 hours, otherwise its not reliable and good service but it got solved at almost after 3 days. I thought now I will get a steady connection I will not facing any problem now but its only just for 2 days, the internet connection again not working from 16 April 2016. Really frustrated by their pathetic and bad service, I again called them on their toll free number to solve the issue service is so bad, they not giving even respond of customer complains, just dropping the call. so now I am going to close the connection. I am not happy with the service I will not suggest you.
