If you want to experience real frustration, please try tata docomo connection.The internet connection keeps getting disrupted every 1 hour but when u call up the customer care, they wont respond.
They wont even pick your calls.
Only when you call for a new connection, they will pick up instantly, provide you with a wrong number for broadband cc n then disconnect.
1 message for the org - Please pay the customer care guys to attend calls, not for putting customers on hold for an indefinite amount of time.
Please learn a thing or two from some better service provider on how to treat customers and also improve your service. Absolutely Disgusting service!
