Issues Unreliable - I have a 20Mbps connection - I feel lucky if the connection is working! It's slow, inconsistent. goes off at least a few times a day! I've never restarted a modem so often in the 15 years of Internet usage No Usage Meter - They are supposed to provide internet services, but there is no way to check previous months usage. Neither the website or the call center can give you this information! Service - Really Bad - customer service is the pits, the engineers when they do come seem clueless and like they're working under duress!
Surprised this is a Tata Group Company - is the epitome of everything the Tata Group is not supposed to be!
