This Internet Service Provider is the part of one of the most commonly known brand Tata Docomo who worked very hard and provided always best and increased fastly but now they are lowering in their aim. Firstly, this is also a mobile network which is no more in my locality and it's network strength is as it is in my state is approximately 30% and the internet works too slow.
Sometimes it have issue in using internet. As the network is sometimes not stable. And also when network strength is less I have to go to the third floor of my house with my laptop because on ground floor network strength goes approximately at 25% but then I use customer support service who helped us a lot in all possible ways and the customer representatives are well communicative and informative. But the process after that is very slow and they are not solving issue within a week also. I have experienced this Internet Service Provider and used it. It is not good to use. I have wasted my 1500 INR in purchasing this net setter about 1 years ago. I will suggest all the members of Mouthshut not to buy this product.
