I agree Tata products are with good quality.
But service centre of Tata croma is the worse. I haven't really got any other word for that. I have bought a air cooler, of Tata croma own Brand. It worked fine till the warranty, later there was an issue.
When called the customer care center, they have never sent a technician home. In span of 15 days, I have called 20 times and visited 10 times the store. All the time they keep saying, technician will reach your house today. And finally on day 20, technician reached and told a spare part needs to be replaced.
But the technician never appeared, no update on that. Later visiting the store, gave me out most shock. They told the spare part costs rs.400 and they don't have stock.
On top asked me to bring the cooler and drop at their centre and they can give me rs.500 refund for that product. For a product worth rs.7000, which got a problem of spare part worth rs.400 values rs.500. I dont believe in the service center and going ahead, no purchase on Tata croma - Hyderabad.
