For starting career, it is good organisation but only for one year. After 1 yr, you will be in frustration position because next year trainee will earn more salary than you, Such a foolish HR policy.Training is good, atleast you can enjoy your training period.
Increment totally based on your boss than for good increment you have to take your home near to your boss house. You have to go with him by Mumbai local train, etc. No work culture, ego problem in seniors. When you will resign then actual picture of HR will come. Salary is bakwas compare to the market.
