I worked in TCE mumbai office for around 2 yrs at start of my career as Assistant Manager. I would like to tell you that the company policies and work environment is very good. Tce gives ample amount for an individual to learn and grow. Seniors and colleagues are also very supportive. Company has great infrastructure for youngsters to learn. Also the knowledge database is great.
But salary at later stage of your career is like from 4-10 years is pretty less as compared to market standards.
But the job in tce is quite stable similar to govt job.
I will recommend tce to those who wants to settle in one city and have many family responsibilties to deal with.
