Salary of TCS in intial time is to low just proving 12000 rupee in fresher but benefits of TCS is awesome giving the medical insurance of 12Lack to our parents, wife and children .
Job security in tcs is not good recently tcs short out many employee due to recession
Career Growth in tcs is best just name is sufficient,
work environment is friendly for employees.
CEO work good job.
