If you want to join TCS after BE/M.tech for techies and degree/post graduation for BPO/KPO ? be ready for a social work as they believe in making money not keeping employees happy, one of the best performers in stock market and also in profit making but pays peanuts to employees, I am not talking about the initial salary offered, but the appraisals are really sad and demotivating.
Please ask the employees in TCS who have completed more than one year. I would suggest all to join some other company which pays rationally.
