I joined Engineering Services group @ GR Tech park a month back a German client account. The first and foremost thing is I got much needed salary correction, my previous company Mahindra Satyam was giving me just Rs.6 lacs and TCS rRajeev_Vermacted my experience with Rs.9.2 lacs.
The number of accounts are many and one can move from one account to another if there is any issue or problem. The managers are very knowledgeable and highly experienced and do justice to their job.
I feel I am in safe company which is also one of the most transparent companies in India. Job security was felt on day-1. At Mahindra Satyam once your salary crosses 6 lacs they will target and terminate you for cheaper resource but TCS is not like that. It is matured company and large company.
Compared to Mahindra Satyam, TCS feels secure and also assuring. I hope to stay in this company for atleast 5 years.
This is my review I have only experience with Mahindra Satyam, so TCS feels better and nice place.
