Now a days getting a Job is more tough than the completing of our Bachelor degree. And that to our dream was to place in the top MNC's . After the completion of b.tech we realize that we have to put more efforts towards the job.
TCS(Tata Consultancy Services Ltd) is an one of the multi national company in india and the TCS having many branches allover the india like hyderabad, chenni, banglore. It's great opportunity to get a job in MNC's like TCS. The salary to be very high and the pay scale is also good and along with that we having the benefits like health insurance, vehicle allowances .,
And once we get a job in MNC the security for the job is too high. you can not be terminated in the company while upto your resignation.and also they will took the mutual bond for the job.
In this TCS company the career growth is some what less because the work we are done is it's not related to us.we get an experience for our work after that u can jion in any of the company like TCS.
And the work environment is too good in TCS. the colleagues are too smart to work with us, and they support us in the work.
