While the features of this phone (and the Internet connectivity) are impressive, I have to say that the Service Desk is bad, bad, bad! A bunch of programmed robots who give us prefabricated answers...not solutions.
They sent my first bill late and therefore I could not pay on time. They promptly disconnected outgoing calls and my Net connection. I immediately paid up, but and they reconnected...but they took three weeks to reconnect my data service (Internet connection).
I called the Service Desk several times and each time they asked standard questions like: What is your phone number, where do you live (as if it isn't there in their database already), and repeated my complaint on the last call. Many false assurances later (and after my dire threat to cancel subscription) they finally enabled my Net connection...and called me a week later to say they had done so!
Last week they mailed me a copy of my first bill...but I want the bill for last month, dummies!!!
Once they mailed me someone else's bill...
Will Tata Indicom (ex-Hughes Tele team) get its act together and stop tarnishing the respected Tata brand name please?
