I had gone for the TATA INDICOM FWP last October. Here is a brief summary of my horrible experience with the company which I fancied because of my fascination with the TATA label.
It took six weeks to get the phone installed at my place.The claim was 3 days after verification of address.
Voice quality is good, but not exceptional..
Internet Speed is very slow. It sucks.
Help desk people are just showpieces.
the help desk numbers refused to connect at the beginning.
No way you can see your bills online.Nor unbilled calls.
7.You will have to physically go and pay bills.
- No online bill payemnt facility.
9.Got disconnected 3 times even before due date of payment of bills.
Last time got disconnected because my usage was more than my secuirity deposit. All generated bill were paid up to date.
GAve notice for account closure after this.
Will update my experience about the closure process, as the propcess is going on.
My advice: Do not go for brands.
