I am holding a TATA - CROMA Credit Card. During signing the application, I was committed by your executive at Croma Centre, Ashok Vihar, Delhi that there will be no yearly subscription fee amount for the 1st year .
To my surprise, I received first month statement on 10/ Nov /2012 with annual charge of Rs 499. I wanted to discuss this issue with your customer care executive but couldn't make it as your helpline number 011-60008000 is always switch off. I found the above promise is false, fake and misleading and is used by your executive to sell a new credit card . But In order to avoid late fee charges, I cleared my due on time.
Again to pay the second statement received on 10/ Dec/ 2012 , I tried to reach your cash collection center near to my location but again failed to reach the center as the address mentioned on your does not exist and there was no way to contact cash center or your customer care center ( 011-60008000 always switch off . ) resulted in to late payment charges and an additional penalty on me .

I would request you to take appropriate action and reverse the charges due to lack of proper information on your website If no action taken, I would be left with no option just to surrender my card.
