ITS WORSE ...LOW STANDARDS OF SERVICE AND IRRESPONSIBLE STAFF. Tata credit card no. 5242 4792 9405 2058.
I WAS INTRODUCED TO TATA CARD BY ONE OF YOUR EXECUTIVE IN JP NAGAR, BANGALORE CROMA STORE.
HE HAD CLEARLY EXPLAINED ME REGARDING THE ANNUAL CHARGES AND FEES ... I WAS TOLD THAT, it would be free for the first year and would be charged 500/- from the second year onwards.
Recently, I received my first statement.I have been levied 499/- as annual charges for the first year violating the credit card policy terms.Frequent calls to Tata customer service is of no use ... each and every time I call they drop out with an excuse that some Business development executives from the sales team with contact me for reverting the levied annual charges.
Till date, I have nt received any call from Tata cards.
Also, my request to cancel the card has not been processed ... the executives lie that they have raised a cancellation request.
And the worst part is the IVR MENU make you wait for 30 mins to speak to a customer service associate.
