I got a reference the tata home loan through my builder. Executive Neeraj Singh working at Gurgaon 14 branch took my papers and he agreed on mail to reimburse my processing fee of 5618 RS.
He took the documents on 18th July and after that I followed him each morning. On 21st he said your loan is on hold, I said ok. I waited for 3 more days and still loan was on hold. I asked him to cancel my loan for any further processing. In spite of this he Neeraj and Tata capital cleared my cheque. Now In spite of giving on mail that my processing fee will be reimbursed, Neeraj is refusing to pay back that to me.
I can't imagine TATA(company of ethics) can heave such fraudulent employees with them. they are not keeping there words. Please take appropriate action.In case company is not able to take appropriate action I would ask all the members and users never to go for for any loan with TATA.
HDFC is good and customer centric.
