I am feeling very shameful while again writing this to you.


The issue still persists as it was.


After putting the car 4 times to the workshop I am getting the reply from the technicians that there isnt any fault in the car & I should take opinion from the outside mechanics.


And I have taken the opinion from 3 mechanics(not opened anything like unit or compressor or anything else) & got the response that there is a technical issue of heater blower in the unit and I convey the same message to the Technicians At workshop.


And out of my imagination I got the reply that the AC wouldn't work outside Jamnagar(my city area), this is the issue with TATA cars and I have wasted my ₹9.5 lacs.And Its obvious that the car would have been checked by Mr Kunal(The sales person) and Mr Harsh Joshi(The manager).I had already informed regarding this issue on 20th November 2023(within 10 days of delivery purchased Date - 10th Nov 2023) to Mr Kunal(The Sales Person) .Even on the request from the showroom person I again put the car for rechecking of the issue for three days last week And Also Open My car Full unit But Problem is same and also I want to inform that whenever I put my car for service purposes I never get update from the workshop or the showroom and I have to call to the concern person to get the update.And everything which I have mentioned above has happened in presence of Mr.Ghanshyam Bhai Patel he is the witness of everything.


Now this is the high time either resolve my issue or give replacement or give me 100% refund.


Because I have purchased the car for my working purpose& not to put to the workshop every alternate day.


And I am damn serious about this, if my concern isn't resolved in 1 week time I will definitely go to the consumer forum and will do whatever I will have to.


I have spent ₹9.5lacs to solve my purpose and not to give donation to anybody.


Very Samefull Ratan sir Dnt know all about His Staff no one Can take Responsibility Only just Take salary And Fun .also not to guide customer.


I sent This mail Customer care but no one can Connect me And support


Last finaly I will mail Consumer Foram will give legal Notice Against Tata Motors Showroom(Bhagvati Tata motors)In jamnagar And Workshop Dellar .


Gujrat Region Manager Also talking with Jamnagar Manager But Manager Mr Manish Sir Not working intrested He do not Give me any type of assistance


Very very Worst Service most Worst Service By Showroom And Workshop.
