TO, Manager, Sir I wants to share the scenario what happen with my father in today afternoon, because really its wrost thing your executives are doing with the customer.
Its also effect your image and you are going to loose the customers if, you will behave in this manner. I am a H.S.B.C. CUSTOMER and in afternoon I got a call from your side at 2:20 PM it was done by your supper senior from phone no-02230511700.
I don't know his name but, he was explaining my father about some sceme so, its my point of view whether we want the sceme or not but, your senior used the abbuse language with my father and told him that I am going to debit the 9000 rs. amount in your account whatever you want to do just do it so.
Its not the way to talk with the customer and how can they use abuse language with the customer its not for my father only its for all the customers and for you image and standard. In future if any issue happen with my father so, who? will be responsible for the loss.I hope you will positively reply me as soon as possible for this issue.
