I have been quite happy with #TATAAIG insurance. However after the first year I was literally forced by the agent Nitin Goel - Broker License Code - 9707625 to shift from Tata AIG to Bharti Axa. My guess is that he probably got a better commission from #bhartiaxa. I was reluctant, yet I trusted him because he had done a decent job with my first insurance policy.
Trouble started after moving to Bharti Axa. I had paid for a premium policy but what I received was not what was promised. Plus there were numerous errors in the policy including name and address. It is sad to see reputed companies like Tata getting tainted because of greedy and fraudulent agents such as Nitin. He operates out of Delhi NCR, so people living in this area, be warned. I have included a pic of his in this review, maybe it will help someone else. Please note, I am happy with Tata AIG, but extremely disappointed with their Agent, specifically the chap mentioned in this review.
