I renewed my Car Motor Insurance on phone after having a ICICI Lombard. The reason TATA was cheaper. I was really sought after till I agreed and paid my cheque. All details were provided about my previous policy, but when my Policy was delivered there were Two mistakes.
I appealed to the Customer Care to correct the mistakes. The Policy came back again with one correction still not corrected!!. I have again approached TATA AIG CC for the correction. The fine print says the Policy document should tally with the car details.
I am still waiting for the correction to be done. In short for TATA AIG Policies it is BUY and after that BYE, BYE!
