On a bright sunny morning I had a thought(which proved to be a bad thought) of giving tastykhana.in a try with coupon "tk12" as I had a small gathering in my house in evening.
so I gave my order for home-delivery in sector-10 A Gurgaon from Ashwa as it was shown as one of restaurant providing home delivery in my area as per their site and was nicely priced so I started at 10 am on my slow connection on their heavy site and was successful in placing the order on 11:33 am to be delivered at 8:30 in evening with order no 'MQKZDP35X' on 7:50 pm I received a call saying the restaurant has shortage of delivery boys so they won't be delivering.
I said thanks for telling me 40 minutes in advance what can I do if you did 40 mins later so she said no we are very sorry as we had a heavy load and we are not habitually capable of handling big loads and (thereby I was part of load discarded it seems) they can't serve me and would return my money and give a coupon again(i had to run in rain to get food in such a short notice with everyone joking about my internet adventure).
then the coupon came I again gained courage to give them one more try did order on 29/7/13 on 9:27 pm from ashwa again with order no. 'MQPG8N35X' to be delivered at 7:30 pm on 30/7/13 thereby giving them a time of about 24 hours but then got a call on 30/7 at 6:40 pm with a blunt guy on other side of line saying....they don't deliver in your area you want take a pickup.....
I told him you show it in your area of home delivery last time both of you had issues now you are simply saying no....I said your system is fail and you need to work on it and give me my refund.........he said ok and conversation was over....
Still confused if the coupon scheme was to find one more customer or to shoo away one.........next time I will believe only on Dominos if it is to be ordered on net.....30 MINS OR FREEEEEEE.
