Hi this is Yogesh,
I would like to share my awful experience had with this restaurant when I was in bhopal for roaming with friends. This place is located in maharana pratap nagar, bhopal. I had been here two weeks ago. We had asked taxi driver for place where we will have a good food experience. Then he suggested us Taste of India, actually we were near of it.
So we visited this restaurant for the first time. This place is very rushy, more crowd of people are there. Even some of them were waiting for their turn, to get a table. I had introduced different types of smells coming from different foods. There should be a exhaust fan or ventilator to bypass this smell outside hotel. Tables were randomly placed, they were not arranged properly. No proper cleaning of floors and tables.
We had decided to eat an dosa. We ordered it. Plates they had provided was not clean too. There was a drops of water spread over the plates, they were not cleaned by the cloth.The taste of the dosa was average. In between good and bad. Presentation was poor.
customer service is average. Very slow order they had been taken from us. It took up to 15 to 30 min to come. Their staffs have not an etiquette to handle the customer.
the rates are also too high, as compared to others. Its not value for money.
