I had received a Targus Backpack as my farewell gift from colleagues at my previous company. I started using it in and within a few months (less than 4) the bag started wearing off near the strap and customer care at Targus troubled me quite a bit and I had to go through several ordeals to get a replacement.
I had started using the bag provided by my office. I had carefully packed the new targus backpack that I had got as a replacement. Very recently I started using it and this time round too the bag started wearing out (this time less than 3 months).
When I wrote to the customer care they just brushed it aside without even taking a look at it, saying its an old bag and it is a result of wear and tear. Guess either they are too lazy to look into customer's issues or they are not bothered of replacing the backpack.
It is indeed sad to know that an international brand such as Targus are not caring about their customers. Only now I have understood that their bags are not only costly but are of little quality.
