Watched this movie last week and totally loved it. Now when story and crew cast is can be googled anytime, below are just 2 cents of my own. Between the 2 distinct looks of Kangana, I loved the'duplicate' one(Kusum) the most. Her awkward movement Vs poise of the original. Her innocent eyes Vs the slutty eyes of Tanu. Her short crop Vs the long curls. Her tracks Vs the Vibrant sarees and Salwars. No nonsense Old school girl Vs Swagger. I felt Tanu was still easy to relate with Kangana but not Kusum. Part of the movies that remained with me out of the cinema hall.
1)Of course all the fresh and catchy dialogues especially'original, duplicate' and'state level athlete sports quota'
2)At Kusum's house, when Madhavan proposes and promise to be a good husband and accidentally addresses her "Tanu", Kusum replies sheepishly "Kusum" . I loved the way whoever made that response sounded so neutral yet it strikes a chord
3)During the wedding, at last when Kusum turns back and tells Madhavan that this is the last phera, "iske baad shaadi confirm ho jayegi". Look at her peering eyes .it's mix of pride, helplessness, anger and "I know where exactly its going to be" kind.
4)Though amidst all praises for Kangana, Madhavan's charm is overshadowed, one can not totally ignore him, He made his feelings towards both Kangana's totally understandable.
Now about some silly parts. I still wonder about the relevance of
1)Baby issue of Swara Bhaskar.(don’t remember her name in movie), It didn't make much sense to me
2)Tanu chores in Manu's wedding
