Recently I purchased a CB Honda Unicorn 160 from Tansi Honda Whitefield’s Branch in Bangalore. I had a wonderful experience and wanted to share the same. As I entered the showroom, immediately a sales executive came to me for assistance. This was very nice as no time was wasted. He showed me a few models and I like the CB Hornet at the first go. He immediately arranged for the Test ride. The test ride was good and I almost fixed for this model. The only drawback was their is not ladies foot rest in this bike. I asked the sales executive if he can get it fixed from somewhere. He said it was not possible but he went to the service department to get more details. I liked his honesty. In today’s world people are ready to sell rotten apples by putting wax shining on it. But here he was very truthful and he confirmed that the side stand cannot be welded as it would not provide enough strength. My second choice became my first, and I selected Unicorn 160. Then came the question of price. I did not get a big discount, but was happy with the price. I have submitted all the documents and transferred the money online. In a day’s time my bike was ready. I got the bike at the promised time. And in a couple of days I received the number plate also. All the things were pretty fast and smooth. I also received a call from the showroom regarding my experience with Tansi Honda. Shows their dedication towards customers.
