I have given my Activa honda during April and spent about 6000+ towards replacement parts and felt service like not up to the expectation. Again I have given the vehicle for service on 31.10.16 taken vehicle on 2nd Nov 16 after getting the completion of service message. While taking delivery itself vehicle was not starting and they told that bring on saturday. In between kicker got jamed and taken vehicle to outside for repair and again spent 400/-. Later on 7th when I checked with service center came to know that self is not working because bendex has gone.
Over all service is not up to the customer satisfaction and it's better to give it road side local service vendors instead of opting for honda service center.
