If you have ever visited Big Bazaar, you must have noticed its employees forming groups and talking with each other rather than attending customers. It was exactly the same situation today at Andheri, Mumbai's showroom. Staff enjoying long chats, one sales girl who was least interested in showing us jewellery, store manager talking rudely to a customer. I felt I was in Big Bazaar.
I am wondering why I need to pay premium to your store when for 20 minutes no one ever bothered to ask what we want. I will only be a fool to visit your store again. Look at the cleanliness in your showroom. See pic attached.
I am a 12 year old customer of Tanishq. Your staff needs to learn hospitality from, the Turner Road and Khar showroom. And your store manager definitely needs lessons in behaviour and polite talking.
The valet assistant and the security guard were the only polite and customer oriented people.
Suggest you promote them to a level of sales people. They will do a better job than the sales staff.
Sorry but I do not wish to start the GhS which I was to start from tomorrow.
If you look at my jewellery file, all you will see is bills of Tanishq. I strongly feel like ending my relation with you guys.
On occasion of New Year, we left with a big disappointment.
