Food = Quite good (taste is quite quite authentic north india, if that's what you are looking for). For a change, the paneer is soft, the saag looks like real saag, and the daal is typical thick maa-rajmah. Other than that, food is more spicy & oily than I'd hv preferred it to be, but then I guess that's the way most ppl like it. There's a pretty decent variety and spread available.
Ambience = Great. The murals, paintings, roof work are just great. It's got a palacial feel, though the space is not too big. The folks eating out there are mostly visiting foreign dignitaries, and by the habits and attitudes, the day I visited, most of them seemed to be americans.
Costs = Quite expensive. Even our european visitors found it to be quite expensive. As per them, it was almost as expensive as expensive restaurants in Paris (which itself is a fairly expensive city).
