Talwalkars has the largest chain of health clubs in India.It is also ranked among top 3 health club chains.It is just 5 mins walking distance from my house.
Though I have personally never joined it but have visited it multiple number of times.It has very ambience with good gentry.
The gym has world class modern equipments with a good team of certified trainers, managers and nutritionists.They are soft spoken and friendly.In the last summers, I made my children join a summer camp at Talwalkars.
It was one month camp which included physical training without machinery aid and a weekly diet chart was also provided.I found that the instructors were putting every possible effort to make a difference in the child's health.As my son is overweight and really made a difference in his weight.Further I have seen my friend resuming his health and confidence in just few months.
