I a very fat and I was having many health issues that's why my doctor advised me to reduce some weight. But I was ittle worried as about which gym I should join.

I then joined this gym with my 2 friends and I was expecting the trainers and staff would not be that good but it was all different trainers were so good and have experience of many years.
All of them was having a great body and I get training under one of them as nd I got result so far I reduced around 30 kg in 6 months and I m so happy today I never get sick easily and I have a lot of stamina.
