Hi All,
I heard a lot about Talwalkars so decided to join..
The worst thing here is I paid to get sick........ I did not expect the Trainers to experiment on their customers...
I joined for a weight gain program and things were fine till a week then I was asked to exercise with a lot more weight then I was supposed to do and ultimately I am suffering with entire body pains and what I think is muscle tear.... I never had any kinda pains in my entire life and a week of joining Talwalkars I am suffering so many problems....
I am a General Manager of a MNC and I cannot afford to take any leaves but I am at home helpless from almost three days....
The worst part here is when requested for a suggestion for a treatment I was very well answered to take rest at home and things would be normal.. This was atleast not expected....
My suggestion to all who wanna join is Ask for the Certificates of the trainers to verify and then join at your own risk..
