I chose this program to upskill myself in full-stack development. The support provided was quite good, and the curriculum was followed thoroughly throughout the entire course. In the initial stages, they motivated us by conducting small activities or competitions based on our technical subjects and used to give us chocolates, which was quite motivating. The teaching methodology followed by the lecturers was excellent; they went the extra mile to make us understand things clearly. Besides helping us improve our skills, the lecturers also provided good motivation, which helped us concentrate more on skill enhancement. During this period of market recession, Epam is quite a good opportunity to start with. I wish to build a successful career at Epam.
