I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to get selected for the WE Program.

I chose the TalentSprint Women Engineers program for several reasons. Firstly, as someone passionate about using technology for positive change, I was drawn to the program's focus on empowering women in technology and fostering a vibrant tech community. With women holding less than 26% of the global tech workforce, I recognized the critical need for initiatives like this to bridge the gender disparity. Additionally, the comprehensive curriculum, covering everything from computational thinking to advanced data structures and algorithms, aligned perfectly with my career aspirations. The opportunity to learn from top-notch faculty and industry practitioners was also a major factor in my decision.

The teaching methodology and faculty support at TalentSprint have been exceptional. The instructors are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive and invested in our success. I want to give a special shoutout to my mentor, Asokan Pichai, who has been a constant source of inspiration and guidance. His passion for coding and belief in my potential have been instrumental in my growth as a developer. I am also grateful to Kavitha, Spoorthi, Anshul Yadav, and all the mentors of Women Engineers. It was incredible learning experience to get direct mentorship from google global team. Their support and encouragement have been invaluable throughout this journey. The program's blend of live sessions, hands-on projects, and assessments created a transformative learning experience

Thanks to the skills and experience I gained at TalentSprint, I have been fortunate to secure incredible career opportunities. I was selected as a researcher in the field of encryption and Machine Learning at the Indian Space Research Organisation(ISRO), where I am currently working on satellite imaging projects. I was also chosen as one of the top 50 Polygon Fellows. Additionally, I had the opportunity to represent the Government of Telangana in Japan through the Road2Shine initiative, where I created an IOT tool kit for hydro parametric monitoring.None of these achievements would have been possible without the foundation I built at TalentSprint. The program not only equipped me with technical skills but also instilled in me the confidence and leadership abilities to excel in my career. The exposure to professional tools, processes, and real-world projects prepared me to tackle complex challenges and thrive in the global tech industry.I am forever grateful to TalentSprint, Google, and the incredible mentors who have supported me along the way, especially Asokan Pichai, who sparked my passion for coding. This program has truly been life-changing, and I hope my experience will inspire other aspiring women in technology to pursue their dreams and make a positive impact in the world.
