Proactively submitting my application and securing a position in the Women Engineers Program reflected my keen interest in gaining additional industrial exposure. Recognizing the importance of aligning with industry standards, my goal was to level the playing field with peers from various colleges.
The transformative teaching methodology at WE encouraged us to reassess and build upon our knowledge foundation. Mentors like Ashokan, Anshul, Anasuya & Kunisha played a pivotal role in pushing our limits, offering unwavering support, and helping us address our shortcomings.
Following my graduation from WE, I secured an internship at Microsoft, a milestone that later turned into a PPO. This journey stands as proof of the program's effectiveness in preparing us for the challenges of the corporate world.
