Switching from civil work to IT was a big decision for me. Learning programming and web development seemed really hard at first. But I was determined to give it a try, so I started learning Java and other tools.
Luckily, a friend suggested Talent Sprint, and joining their full-stack development program was a blessing.They taught us in a way that made things easier to understand, focusing on practical skills rather than just theory. The teachers were so supportive and made learning fun.
As I went through the course, I started feeling more confident in my abilities. The teachers were always there to help and encourage us, which made a huge difference. And when it came time to find a job, they were there for us every step of the way.
Now, looking back on my journey, I'm really grateful for the opportunity to switch careers and for all the support I received from Talent Sprint. It wasn't just about learning new skills; it was about finding the confidence to face new challenges. I'll always remember the help I got from my trainer Vikas, the support from Devanshu during job placement, and the great interview prep sessions with Vathsala and Abhyuday. I am forever greatful to Devanshu .They made a big difference in my journey, and I'll always be thankful for that.
