I ordered a 4ft table from this website in Jan.
I used the COD option as I was not sure about the service & reliability of this company.
After few weeks a customer service rep called me and requested to me to make the full payment as they are not doing COD.
I was very hesitant but the guy was very polite and literally begged me to make the payment and promised me to deliver the Table by 1st March. He even emailed me the delivery schedule as a confirmation. I kind of bought into his promise and made the payment.
The table never arrived. Not even a message or email.
I tried to call their customer service number on 01st March and the number is not working.
There is no way to call them!
I messaged on WhatsApp and after many hours some guy responded and again promised that table will be dispatched by 5th March.
I waited for another few days and again no update on the delivery.
This time the guy has no dates to promise.
By this time I was really running out of patience and my friend who had bought the table few months ago sent me the pics.
His table has cracks on them just after 3-4 months of use.
This was the last nail and I requested for refund and again there was shallow promise of creating a ticket etc.
Its been few days now and there is no response from them
I think the company is shutting down and they are garbing as many order as they can to makeup for their loss. I don''t think they have any intention of delivering any table.
DONT fall for this fraud. Stay away from this company and save your money.
I am initiating proceeding in the consumer helpline against this company
